OSMO® HARDWAX OIL is a wood finish that is derived from natural vegetable oils and waxes. Osmo® Hardwax-Oil is the trusted name worldwide as the premier hardwood flooring finish. Hardwax Oil soaks in to form a protective film on the surface of the wood. Choose natural, one of the 30 colours in our palette or let us create a custom colour of your choice. Osmo Polyx-Oil molecularly bonds with the wood, meaning it will not crack, peel or blister while it repels liquids.
ECO-FRIENDLY AND FSC CERTIFIED, our flooring is imported unfinished directly from Europe. We use only the highest quality white oak to produce our flooring and In keeping with our commitment to sustainable products, we have made a commitment to ensure that all our hardwood is sourced from Forest Steward Council approved sources.
FSC forest management certification confirms that the forest is being managed in a way that preserves biological diversity, benefits the lives of local people and workers, while ensuring it sustains economic viability. The FSC designation is an important assurance that your floor comes from environmentally sustainable and socially responsible forestry systems.
This flooring comes in 30 different colours, which can be further customized to create a perfect colour fit for any room. For increased durability all of our floors are finished with UV hardwax oil.

Lotus Floors are easy to care for. Hardwood flooring can last a lifetime if maintained properly. We are committed to educating our clients to ensure that proper care and maintenance are carried throughout the life of the hardwood.
Lotus flooring boards consist of a multi-ply Baltic Birch core and a top layer of European oak. Baltic Birch is considered the finest core for engineered floors and our oak wear layer, at 4mm for ¾ inch boards and 3mm for ½ inch boards, are among the thickest in the industry. This means that 10 years down the road, should you decide to change the colour of your floor, it can easily be sanded and refinished, usually several times. You can rest assured that our floors represent the finest in European material and craftmanship.
Wood is a natural product with distinctive differences of grains, colour and knots. Lotus Floors offer different grades to fit every taste and every budget. The grades vary from AB which shows no knots, to CD which allows for larger knots, filler and colour variation to add a rustic elegance to your room.
We come from a long background of hardwood flooring installation and finishing and we continue to offer free onsite evaluations and estimates along with expert installations.
In addition to becoming a premium wood floor supplier, we have become a leader in manufacturing custom stair nosing and flush floor heat vents. We can produce these from engineered wood, solid floors, vinyl plank or laminate. With vinyl planks we have created a proprietary solution for flush floor heat vents. We feel we offer the best nosing and heat vents on the market.
